We are experienced in new construction as well as in the regeneration of existing and historic structures in diversified contexts, from fringe areas to landmarked districts. Our new pivotal projects , from Harlem to SoHo, the Flatiron and Chelsea, demonstrate that we are committed to design structures that are in integral to the surrounding and always contribute to the public realm and the context at large.

We completed several renovations for and are the Architects of Record for The Redbury and the Arthouse Hotels, both located in New York City.
