The extensive restoration of this beautiful Brownstone in Cobble Hill in Brooklyn has been recently completed and signed-off by the Landmarks Preservation Commission, TRA not only we completely restored the facade and exterior architectural elements, we also restored, and replicated if necessary, the interior original details, from the open staircase and the plaster motifs, down to the wooden shutters and inlaid parquet floors. The rear of the brownstone has been restored, but we also introduced a new steel and glass conservatory structure, at once contemporary reminiscent of old end of the century greenhouses, and a modern landscaped court, which is a true calming oasis, complete with a fountain and a fish pond.
