We completed several renovations for and are the Architects of Record for The Redbury and the Arthouse Hotel. TRA has extensive experience with the Department of Housing Preservation Development and supporting the Property Manager in Hotels containing SRO units and successfully obtained commercial Certificate of Occupancy for both buildings.

The project for the Bond NoHo Hotel, a building that spanned from Bond Street to Great Jones, was approved by BSA, DOB and unanimously at Landmarks and BSA.
